Decision Maker
Your Relationship Marketing Strategy starts here! You can’t have a true interpersonal relationship with a company or a brand, a relationship is directly with an individual person; the Decision Maker is that person for BCA. The Decision Maker is the point of service for the BCA Team and the person for which your Relationship Marketing Strategy is built around. The VP of Member Relations will work directly and solely with the Decision Maker, setting their overall Relationship Strategy, helping to suggest and prioritize relationships with fellow BCA Members, utilizing the Relationship Tracking Grid and setting a strategy to properly utilize the BCA maintenance points.
The BCA recognized Decision Maker from your company is approved at time of selection; and must be the person who has interviewed directly with the Board during the Membership application process. Should your Decision Maker change mid-agreement; a formal application must be submitted to the Board for review and approval. The applying Decision Maker will be vetted via an interview process, to determine if they do indeed fit the criteria to be recognized as a BCA Decision Maker and will be an active, contributing member.
- The Decision Maker is approved to attend BCA Black Label Events
- The Decision Maker is permitted to build relationships with their BCA counterparts. To protect our Decision Makers and the integrity of our culture, direct outreach is only permitted title-to-title.
- More than one Decision Maker may be recognized by BCA (i.e., in cases where there are inherently and legally multiple owners / partners of a company, or other cases for multiple company authority.)
