Building through 1:1’s and small group activities (outside of maintenance points) is the key to success. Relationship building is requires a process of frequent, interactive exchanges. It is one of the most powerful marketing techniques, but it is also one of the most personally involved techniques.

Setting up one on one meetings, outside of maintenance points/events is the most important part of your Relationship Marketing Strategy, this is where the real magic happens.
