Overview of Bylaws

Bylaws define the governing and operational rules of BCA, under which the BCA Executive Team (1) the Board (2) and the Membership (3)  operate. Only BCA ownership reserves the right to revise any and all bylaws. Consultation from BCA Executive Team and BCA Board may be considered in these matters.

(1) BCA Executive

The BCA Executive bylaws are essentially BCA’s Set of “Company Statements”, which establishes the core foundation and organizational direction of BCA.

The BCA Executive bylaws specify items such as:

• Mission / Hedgehog
• Values
• Culture
• Strategic Guiding Principles
• Core Sandbox
• General operating practices BCA management and staff must operate under

(2) BCA Board

The BCA Board bylaws specify items such as:

• Responsibility and obligation of the Board
• Who and how the Board is appointed
• When the board meets

(3) BCA Membership

The BCA Membership bylaws specify items such as:

• Membership Eligibility
• Membership Qualifications
• Member Commitments
